Introduction
iMaker Technology provides one-stop services, assists in the initial stage (small batch production) of products, and develops projects with stakeholders in the industry. With rich experience, iMaker has worked with different partners. For example, it has collaborated with National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT) in an industry-academia collaboration to participate in a smart manufacturing program guided by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Tapping into their semiconductor IC design and information electronics technologies, iMaker and NTUT jointly introduced various designs and completed exterior and mechanism designs during the prototype phase in a short time. When assisting its collaborating manufacturers, iMaker can optimize the efficiency to achieve their needs and speed up the prototype and small batch production stages.
On the front-end, iMaker introduced artificial intelligence (AI) basics to improve education, and has promoted the importance of Internet of Things (IoT), mechanical control, laser processing, artificial intelligence, AI deep learning, which were introduced to the tech centers of different schools. Through the implementation of "Maker Base" and "Industrial Talent Training" programs, the Workforce Development Agency (Ministry of Labor, ROC) seeks to continuously assist schools and enterprises to introduce the small batch production concept and thereby establish more production bases.
